Like any other pair of sisters, the girls do all sorts of things together; they play together...and they fight!
Though younger and far more petite in comparison, Ashlynn has proved herself to be a little feisty girl. Defeat is not a word in her dictionary; she goes all out to win her sister. And very often, to her, to win is equated to a certain amount of 'violence'. God knows where she learnt that from but Ashlynn, without fail, scratches Adri n pulls Adri's hair daily. Her scratches often left marks on Adri n her pulls literally uproots a couple of Adri's hair each time, leaving poor Adri whiny n grouchy because mummy n daddy have reminded (and dictated) that she should nvr do anything likewise to her sister in return but instead, inform us of her sister's misdeeds.
It will be hence be a wonder should there be a day where the girls don't fight. Haven't had that kind of day for months, ever since Ashlynn toddled. They r constantly on the move, running n jumping ard the house.
Extremely rare and endearing it was then, to see Adri being so patient with her lil sis. It was Such a rare and precious moment that I just had to have them captured!
Here, Adri asked for ribena in a cup n when Ashlynn toddled over and asked for some, Adri fed Ashlynn most of it!
Mummy was impressed that Adri could handle the adult (table?) spoon so well and that she was so loving, patiently sharing and feeding her lil' sis, offering her most of her favourite drink and leaving very little for herself. Despite being 'bullied' by her lil sis daily, this 大姐 was still loving n giving.
Now, isn't this an example of unconditional love?
What a lesson for mummy! :)
Mummy is happy to hv learnt about life from the very lives she has 'given'. :)
